Start moving. When I say "start moving" that can also mean just going for a walk. The important thing here is burning calories! Our goal is to burn 200 calories a day more then you normally burn. If you are already an active person, then kick it up notch. If you are not active at all try going for a long walk. 200 hundred calories is equal to a 45 minute walk, 20 minute run, or 30 minute bike ride. STEP 2
Make sure you exercise right when you wake up in the morning. Eat a mainly protein based breakfast, and fruit if you want. BUT NO Carb based breakfast like toast or cereal. This is because your body will then burn fat as an energy source, instead of sugar (carbs ) from your food. Thus, you'll be burning fat and lose weight!  Foods with protein have a 30% thermic effect, and are the most thermal of all foods.

STEP 3

Burn Calories Quick And Easy.

STEP 4
The little things add up more than you think. Park at the last parking spot at your work, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and take a walk at your lunch break. These little amounts of exercise will add up!

Step 5
Eliminate Dairy foods from your regime for this week, unless it is fat free!

Step 8
Drink a glass of water before every meal: Simply put, if there is less room in your stomach for food, then you will put less food in it. Also, we tend to eat more when we are dehydrated, even if it is only slightly.

Step 9
Increase Fiber - Eating more fiber each day will help to increase weight loss. Include whole grains, raw vegetables, slightly cooked vegetables, fruits, fiber enriched cereals, whole wheat pasta, beans, etc. In the beginning if you eat to much fiber you may experience bloating, cramps and gas, so do it gradually day by day. Also increase the amount of water you drink as it helps your body to digest the fiber more efficiently.

STEP 10
Use smaller plates:  When you use smaller plates your brain thinks you are eating more because it looks like more on the plate.
